关于2015年度美国岭南基金会“陈氏学者奖学金项目”在线申请的临时通知

各位同学： 

　　美国岭南基金会“陈氏学者奖学金项目”（英文名为W.T.Chan Fellowships Program）目前在网上接受在线申请。由于较多同学反应基金会网站登录出现问题，无法实现在线申请，特采取以下临时解决办法：

　　填写以下表格并压缩打包电邮至 info@lingnanfoundation.org. 截止日期延至2014年12月19日。

　　1. WT Chan Application Initial Form 2015 (must save as PDF)
　　2. WT Chan Application Form & Essay Questions 2015 (must save as PDF)
　　3. Transcripts/reports of all coursework done at the college/university level. (must save as PDF)
　　4. One passport-sized photo in color. The photo must be at least 3 (w) x 5 (h) cm, and clearly show your face. (must save as JPG)
　　5. SYSU Faculty Approval Form (must save as PDF)
　　6. Recommendation letter signed by your recommender (must save as PDF)

其中第5项内容是指：
　　本科生：签字盖章后的境外项目申请表；研究生：签字盖章后的研究生出国境交流申请表。关于出访经费预算等待定事宜不需填写，在此阶段也不需前往国际合作与交流处出访科审批。
