我院师生赴美参加AAG年会

　　2013年4月9-13日，美国地理学家协会（AAG: Association of American Geographers）2013年年会在美国洛杉矶召开。AAG成员遍及全球60多个国家，其年会旨在探讨地理学理论、方法及实践方面的前沿议题及研究成果，促进成员之间及相关领域学者之间的交流，在地理学界具有重要影响力。我院保继刚教授、徐红罡教授、张朝枝教授、博士生靳文敏、本科生罗晓燕参加了本次会议。
　　会上，保继刚教授、徐红罡教授、张朝枝教授、罗晓燕分别做了题为"Community Participation in Tourism of Yubeng Village: Means of Participation and Its Significance for Empowerment"、"They Can Be Both! The Dual Status of Lifestyle Tourist Entrepreneurs in Dali"、"Evolution of Nature Based Tourism Destination in China: Towards A Model of Explanation"、"Impact of Place Attachment upon Residents'''' Perception Responsibility for Heritage Protection and Tourism Development in China"的小组报告，并就相关主题与参会者进行了探讨，并受到好评。徐红罡教授还作为组织者召集了"Lifestyle Migrants & Destination Communities"会议专题。
　　会议期间，保继刚教授、徐红罡教授、张朝枝教授还应邀参加了《Tourism Geographies》杂志编委会工作会议，对下一阶段《Tourism Geographies》的发展进行了讨论。
　　本次会议不仅提供了我院师生与全球旅游地理学者的交流平台，同时加深了国外学者对我院的了解，对于我院开展国际学术交流与合作、引进人才具有积极作用。
