【摘要】此次研讨会为年轻学者和学生提供深入理解学术研究的一种途径。学术研究视严谨性、相关性和新颖性为调查研究的主要目标，因此，此次研讨会旨在为学者提供有关此类研究的一些实例。黄教授将通过不同的理论视角和研究方法，帮助参会者深入了解如何提出研究构想、如何收集数据和阐述研究结果。希望此次研讨会对年轻学者学术生涯和未来的书刊出版有所裨益。

This research seminar provides young scholars and students a means to better understand academic research. Academic research puts rigor, relevance, and novelty as primary goals in conducting research inquiries. Hence, this seminar seeks to provide scholars some examples on such research studies. Using different theoretical lens and methodological approaches Prof. Wong will offer participants insights into how research ideas were developed, data were collected, and findings were presented. Through this research seminar, it is hoped that young scholars will make a difference in the academia and future publications.

【主讲人简介】黄业坚教授（博士），现任中山大学旅游学院教授（百人计划领军人才）。黄教授教学研究方向涉猎广泛，主要科研领域为：服务营销、消费者行为、品牌管理、人力资源管理及组织行为、信息系统、旅游与酒店管理，葡萄牙语地区旅游及发展和研究方法等。此外，他常活跃在报章杂志上，并在福布斯（Forbes）及彭博（Bloomberg）等媒体中做时事评论。黄教授发表60逾篇SSCI学术论文，各期刊的影响因子均高于3.10,  主要包括：《Journal of Business Research》、《Tourism Management》、 《Journal of Travel Research》、 《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、 《Cornel Hospitality Quarterly》、 《Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research》、 《Journal of Sustainable Tourism》、 《Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing》、《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》、《Journal of Service Management》 等。同时，他也是多份核心刊物的审稿委员，并出任其编辑委员会成员，包括：《Journal of Business Research》、 《Journal of Travel Research》、《Cornell Hospitality Quarterly》、 《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》 等[1]；也是《 International Journal of Hospitality Management》的副主编。
